Approach
My approach to therapy is rooted in building a genuine, meaningful relationship with each client. Research consistently shows that the quality of this connection is one of the most important factors in creating meaningful change and I deeply prioritize that in my approach.
At the heart of my work is a profound belief in what I think of as “coming home to yourself.” I don’t see this process as “fixing” yourself, but as courageously engaging with your experience in service of reclaiming your freedom.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, I draw from a range of therapeutic perspectives and tailor our work to you—your story, your needs, and what feels most supportive and resonant.
Some of the perspectives I draw from include:
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
We explore the different “parts” of you—like the ones that protect, criticize, or feel deeply—so you can relate to yourself with more understanding and less judgment.Narrative Therapy
We look at the stories you’ve come to believe about yourself and gently question them, making space for new, more empowering ways of seeing your life.Psychodynamic Therapy
We explore how past experiences and relationships may still be shaping your present patterns, often in ways that are outside of awareness.Existential Therapy
We make space for the bigger questions—meaning, identity, freedom, and what it means to live a full and authentic life.
