Approach

My approach to therapy is rooted in building a genuine, meaningful relationship with each client. Research consistently shows that the quality of this connection is one of the most important factors in creating meaningful change and I deeply prioritize that in my approach.

At the heart of my work is a profound belief in what I think of as “coming home to yourself.” I don’t see this process as “fixing” yourself, but as courageously engaging with your experience in service of reclaiming your freedom.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, I draw from a range of therapeutic perspectives and tailor our work to you—your story, your needs, and what feels most supportive and resonant.

Some of the perspectives I draw from include:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
We explore the different “parts” of you—like the ones that protect, criticize, or feel deeply—so you can relate to yourself with more understanding and less judgment.

  • Narrative Therapy
We look at the stories you’ve come to believe about yourself and gently question them, making space for new, more empowering ways of seeing your life.

  • Psychodynamic Therapy
We explore how past experiences and relationships may still be shaping your present patterns, often in ways that are outside of awareness.

  • Existential Therapy
We make space for the bigger questions—meaning, identity, freedom, and what it means to live a full and authentic life.
