Sliding scale therapy is a flexible fee structure that allows individuals with fewer resources, such as those with lower incomes or limited insurance coverage, to access therapy at a reduced rate.

I am not in-network with any insurance companies. However, some people have more out-of-network benefits than they realize when it comes to mental health!
I recommend prospective clients call the number on the back of their insurance card and ask if your plan includes “out-of-network” coverage for mental health. If so, I will send you a monthly superbill for insurance reimbursement.
You also have the option to utilize Mentaya, a service that submits claims on your behalf and simplifies the process of getting reimbursed. I'm happy to help walk you through the process!
