Hello and welcome!

I help clients navigate life’s transitions, heal from old wounds, and reconnect with their most authentic selves. My practice is a warm, affirming space where you can exhale, explore your story, and begin to come home to yourself. I welcome each client’s creativity and spirituality as potent resources in the healing process.

Uncover the roots of your patterns and build the awareness you need to break them so you can live in alignment with who you truly are.

  • Identity exploration is a meaningful process for anyone questioning who they are beyond the systems, roles, and expectations that shaped them. Many people discover that aspects of their identity were formed in response to external pressures—family dynamics, cultural norms, religious environments, or early relational experiences. Over time, those learned identities can feel restrictive or misaligned with one’s internal sense of self.

In therapy, we work to understand how these influences have shaped your beliefs, behaviors, and patterns of relating. Through insight-oriented exploration, we identify what is authentically yours and what may have been adopted for survival or acceptance. This process can support clarity around gender, sexuality, values, spirituality, relational needs, and overall self-concept. My goal is to provide a thoughtful, grounded space where you can examine long-standing narratives, expand beyond limiting frameworks, and develop an identity that reflects your genuine experiences and desires.

  • Trauma has a way of shaping us into someone we never intended to be.
You might feel disconnected from yourself, anxious for no clear reason, or caught in patterns that don’t align with who you truly are. Maybe you feel small, guarded, or like you’re constantly bracing for something bad to happen.

Even if you can't name exactly what's wrong, there may be a deep sense that something is missing. Trauma can impact your ability to trust yourself, feel safe in relationships, or express your full identity.

Healing from trauma is not about “getting over it” or pushing through.
It’s about gently turning toward your experience and tending to the ways it still lives in your body, mind, and relationships today.

In our work together, I bring a relational approach that honors your pace and your story. We will explore not just what happened, but how it continues to affect your sense of safety, connection, and self-understanding. We will focus on understanding how past wounds are seeping into the present so that you can move forward with agency.

You do not need to relive every detail of your trauma to begin healing. What matters most is creating space for the parts of you that had to go quiet in order to survive.

  • Looking for a queer therapist who truly gets it?

As a queer person, navigating mental health challenges can feel even more complex. You might be exploring your identity, managing the impacts of coming out, or feeling the weight of being misunderstood by family, peers, or even past therapists. You may carry layers of shame, anxiety, or isolation—simply from trying to exist as yourself in a world that doesn’t always make space for you.

You deserve support that doesn’t just “accept” you, but celebrates and affirms you. I provide a safe, supportive space for LGBTQ+ clients.

As a queer therapist, I find deep meaning in holding space for LGBTQ+ individuals and couples.
I bring a lived understanding of what it means to explore identity, navigate queer relationships, and unlearn the internalized messages that so often come with growing up in a cisnormative, heteronormative world.

Whether you are questioning your gender or sexuality, coming out later in life, or simply want to process your experiences with someone who gets it, this space is for you.

    Together, we can explore:

    • Gender identity and gender expression

    • Coming out at any stage of life

    • Queer relationships, nontraditional family structures, and chosen family

    • Religious trauma or rejection

    • Internalized shame, perfectionism, or people-pleasing

    • Identity exploration across the lifespan

You are not too much, too late, or too complicated. You are worthy of care exactly as you are.

  • Spirituality is one of my deepest passions as a therapist because it connects to some of the most profound human experiences we all share.

Through the lens of existential therapy, I help clients explore universal truths like death, freedom, isolation, and the search for meaning—topics that often arise in spiritual journeys. These experiences can feel overwhelming or isolating, but they are a natural part of being human.

Embracing this shared humanity allows us to normalize those feelings and find greater clarity and peace in the questions that matter most. Whether your path includes spirituality, questioning, or a secular worldview, all identities and beliefs (including atheism and agnosticism) are welcome and fully embraced in my practice. I provide a supportive space to explore these changes at your own pace, helping you make sense of your evolving worldview without judgment.

If you’ve endured control, manipulation, or harm within a religious context, the wounds can run deep. Together, we work to process that pain, rebuild your sense of safety, and reclaim your personal power and voice.

Spirituality can be a deeply personal journey, unique to each individual. Whether you’re seeking new practices, philosophies, or connections, I’m here to support your exploration and help you discover what resonates with your authentic self.

  • All relationships go through challenging seasons. Maybe you and your partner are navigating recurring conflict, feeling emotionally disconnected, or struggling to communicate without misunderstandings. Perhaps you are facing a major life transition, a shift in roles, or trying to repair a rupture that has impacted trust.

Couples therapy can be a supportive space to slow down, understand your dynamic, and reconnect with the values and care that brought you together.

Couples therapy is most effective before things feel too hard.

Therapy is not just for couples on the brink of separation.
In fact, research shows that starting therapy early—before resentment builds or communication breaks down completely—can significantly improve your ability to navigate challenges and grow together.

Even if things feel hard right now, healing is possible. You are not failing because your relationship needs support. That is part of being human, and therapy can help you find your way forward.

I take a relational, affirming approach to couples therapy. In our work together, I create a nonjudgmental space for partners to explore challenges, deepen intimacy, and better understand one another. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity.

I have a special passion for supporting queer couples. Many queer partnerships exist outside the templates we were given about how relationships should look. That can be both liberating and complex. Whether you are navigating identity shifts, boundaries, or cultural and familial pressures, I offer a space where your relationship does not need to be explained or defended.

My work is inclusive of all relationship structures, sexual orientations, and gender identities. I honor the unique dynamics within each partnership and tailor therapy to meet your specific needs.

My Approach

At the core of my work is a deep belief that you are not broken—you’re human. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where all parts of you are welcome, including the ones that feel messy, stuck, or hard to love.

I draw from a blend of therapeutic modalities and frameworks, including humanistic, psychodynamic, relational, narrative, and parts work (IFS), which means I’ll support you in exploring your inner world with curiosity rather than criticism. Together, we’ll untangle old stories, meet the different parts of you with compassion, and work toward greater self-understanding and healing.

Clients who work with me often say they feel deeply seen, supported, and more connected their authentic selves. Whether you're navigating depression, identity questions, life transitions, or relationship challenges, I’ll meet you with open-mindedness, honesty, and care. I’m not here to fix you or give you all the answers—I’m here to support and walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own voice, strength, and clarity.

Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and always tailored to you.
